I had to remove 5.35, manually delete : C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\mplab_ide and C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\mplab_ide then reinstall. Well done so.... THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE MANUALLY REMOVED TREES....(INSIDE ODD ISSUES....PROBABLY) but that is crazy , because I removed the previous version before install 5.35. It may mean 5.25 do not remove properly.... maybe. thank you X! if you remove a DFP pack and and open a project with a DFP pack that you do not have....even if you reinstall the right DFP....you will be allowed to adjust setting in CONF of PRJ_PROPERTIES anymore... have to follow the previous post... Installing the PLUGIN - Proteus VSM Viewer Tool - will disappear in Project Properties the possibility to see&set PACKS & Compiler Toolchain selection's list. A Simple uninstall solve the issue. take care, X! I can confirm the PLUGIN - Proteus VSM Viewer Tool is working in this version. In case of issues, just uninstall the PLUGIN that are creating issues. I had to modify this message. take care, X!
