Most "downloaders, rippers and converters" the internet is full of, try to either pull from the cache or download directly, if the website is using a special flash app that's not possible, if the website doesn't allow direct downloading, that also is not possible, this app acts as a shim, captures whatever is playing on your desktop regardless of the program that's running/playing. I just checked out a Youtube vid on the latest version 7 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPl_DnQPA0U) and it looks like it's pretty cool these days. Do you have a link to v7 with medicine?.
