well, you can pack the machine back in the box and send it to me  ;D

seriously tho, sometimes we want a tool really hard and we concentrated to get the tool..
once we got it, we dont know what to do with them..

Sorta like dogs chasing cars...
or bbarney and pickit2  chasing girls..  ;D

Please post which machine you bought and we will look at its capabilities and then we can offer some idea for projects.

How about an electric paint brush that does True-Color by mixing acrylics straight from the tube?
Then it can be mounted on an XY machine to make murals on rolls of linen 8 feet wide that will be heirlooms and last 1000 years.  :)
Ask if you want details - serious!
If that doesn't interest you, I have more ideas equally weird.

At first I did not realise your machine was especially for cutting and drilling PCB - I mistakenly thought it was a CNC mill - sorry.
But I made an idea for you to look at that is PCB and because you can not do plated holes, I made it one-sided.
(It would be a little smaller otherwise)

This is a little H-bridge motor controller designed to be run from a 5 V supply, either with logic (74hcttl recommended) or with an op-amp (lm2900 is extra good).

Here is the schematic:

Here is the board:

(maybe you can improve it.)

This is what I use to run little servo motors, which is the cheapest way to get a motor with gear-train that I know.
I remove the potentiometer and the circuitry so it will rotate fully and substitute one of these. It fits inside.

Here is a servo I used for a project that has the board inside it:

I use these a lot in many different projects. I have sold many hundreds of them - until finally I sold the IP to another business that sells them to this day.

Some of my highly skilled and quite competent laborers were stuffing these boards:

I tried to pick something small and cheap but generally useful. If you like it, let me know what kind of files you want for the job.
