Hi bilalkaraaslan,
How do you want to show 99 with one seven segment? Shouldn't it require 2 seven segments? Moreover, your attached schematic uses Pic16F877A and SIPO (Serial In, Parallel Out) shift register 74164. Nowhere IC7448 is used. What is the matter?

May be he is doing the BCD to 7 segment conversion in software but still how can this circuit indicate a count of more than 9 ?
