Title: Jumbo Seven Segment PIC16F628A Clock ( Super accurate timing )
Post by: pasanlaksiri on March 07, 2010, 07:58:47 19:58
This is the biggest clock that I have built yet. And this clocks hart is a PIC16F628A micro processor. The one second tick algorithm is similar to the one used by Roman Black. This clock is testing over 7 months now, still running it without an error.

My friend where's the source code and the schematic diagram?

Best regards,

He's been asked to produce those in another post
As I said in the other post this isn't a Blog for tooting your own horn

The success in this project is actually the LEDs, optics, and diffuser material. The electronics are trivial to an experienced embedded system person.

Would you describe and show us your method of obtaining the apparent illumination in the segments?

I was asking for close-up shots of the led stand-off distance, arrangements and general mechanical construction of the segment sections.
