18F4550 config fuse's in PBP HELP

Hi to all.I need some example for config fuses in PicBasic Pro ( 247 or 250).
There is many fuse and I need example for usb use and without USB use.
Also I was probe led blink with 20Mhz XTAL but when I probe DEFINE OSC 20
led was blink  with wrong time.

code:

Define OSC 20
led var porta.0
loop:high led
      pause 1000
      low led
      pause 1000
      goto loop
      end

But flash interval was wrong when I look led like blink.
