I needed those files about 6 months ago when I introduced to DSPs. The DSPs C6713 and C6416 are brothers. The former is floating point and the latter is fixed one. Also there is a study book, which is independent from TI, to study digital signal processing algorithms. The point is that, the book's support files for c6713 can be found on www easyly. But c6416 owners can't find these files. And without these files, you cant use the old machine. I found that card at the lab where is out of one's mind and studied signal processing algorithms.
