 I have some pic24FJ32GA002 but I havent programmer for this series so I'm looking for  pic24F series free programmer.

Can you give me a link?

I have a ICD2 with PIC16F876A but it isnt programed because of 24F series are 3V3.

I am very sure, ICD2 works perfect with 24F, you only have to supply 3.3v in the target board and unselect "Power target circuit for mplab ICD2" from ICD2 settings, and this is all.

  I found a the voltage convertor (3V3 <--> 5V) for ICD2, It seems to work as circuit.

  I uploaded rapidshare.

Yes pickit2 express support pic24FJ32GA002 for program and debug mode, with software and hardware available on microchip.com
