Does any one have the full circuit with pcb and software to emulate and programme ATMEL/phillips AVR microcontrollers? Please help as soon as possible.

just google the net, u'll find a lot of them.
Now so that u dont get confused , here is what i made myself on a general purpose board on a weekend...

Goto the "Evertool-Light" section.... its all u need to get an ATMEL avr working..
(NOTE: Philips dont have an AVR Smiley )
