I run in same trouble as you with my DS-5102M , when i asked to Rigol Support for Win7 Compatible Drivers and Software the answer was : I'm sorry to say but the DS5000 Series is obsolete since years and we do not have drivers for Win7 or later What i do now , is just use ultrascope in VMware or Virtualbox running the good old XP ;) Cheers. But for DS5000 series , the only way (for me) was actually with a virtual XP (i know its boring but effective). DS1000 Series is a more recent models and still supported. |
