hi every body
i need a usp pic programmer and a usp avr programmer
the programers i need can program popular ics
i want the programer to be tested coz i got some programers and they didn't work
if the usp programer doesn't need an external suplly it will be better
plz help me

For PIC, I can recommend the PICkit 2 programmer from Microchip. It's small, it's cheap and it has debugging too. The firmware and software is constantly under development and you can suggest changes/improvements to the developer on their user forum.

I have no suggestions regarding the AVR, sorry.

 I use this www.quasarelectronics.com  3128  .. its great,and soft to...can programm all pics, what i know....and it i think a chep one ~30usd...i got pcb scanned, if somebody make pcb it was great, who wanna made this thing.
