Post by: abdullahshawky on July 02, 2015, 10:32:31 10:32

i used to manifacture my programers using usbasp and it worked fine on all windows versions

now i decided to buy ready made chinese version ( which looks like flash drive)

it is installed automatically on windows (all versions on many computers) as an HID device , my old Khazama programming software cant find a programmer while it is attached to the computer.

is the programmer faulty or should i change the programming software and what should i use

Dear abdullahshawky,

Check whether the driver meant for the device is installed correctly? Check using the device manager? or
Use the app testlibusb-win.exe (within the libusb_0.1.12.1 folder [in the attached compressed file]) to check whether your device is connected with your PC or not?

The attachment has drivers for USBASP.

Hi~
I use usbasp and got the same problem ,too .

Finally , It working well when I add 3.6v zener diode between D+ D- and GND. good luck.
