Hi!
Like to use IR-sender and receiver for a hearing aid to people with sight impairment. I need to translate the IR-signals into hearing signals(20 to 20.000 Hz). This calls for frequency downscaling. Had anybody done or knows an application note or other paper regarding downscaling. Assemble, C or Basic would do just fine.
Thanx in advance
