you can use XTR 7020 at page 11 of datasheet there is a schematic for use with PC, the other module of Aurel need the conversion from rs232 to Manchester with the conseguent halfing of the baud rate. By my experience the Aerocomm AC4868 is better

ulderico , will you please specify which module is under question. Is it a Transmitter or Receiver or Transceiver ? . and what project you plan along with few details , without which its hard to say anything.
