Is there any programmer that uses an AVR ucontroller in order to program pic ucontrollers? Or ideally both familys?

 http://www.cqham.ru/progAVR_PIC.htm is good working construction. Program well PICs and AVR. On the PCB is wrong 9pin connector (mirrored) . Using soldered cable with 9 pin female connector. Need overwork with Sprint Layout. Working good with my old Dell laptop comm port both Icprog and Ponyprog.
 Verrry slowwwww working with my Trendnet USB to serial converter TU-S9 based on PL-2303.

 New HP laptop and Trendnet TU-S9 program very fast with last firmware 38b in  AT90S2313 AVR910 programmer and Avrprog:

For me strange working AvrospII v547. Say not working.

I think the usbprog has plans to support PIC programming as a pickit2 if ever the plan materializes anyway.  I was thinking of building the project myself cause I plan to study atmels mega series mcus but there is no board layout yet for the latest v3 h/w.  Anyway, there is already a schematic in eagle and probably just creted the board from the schema.
