New User Registration Is Disabled

It seems new user come with huge problems.
We dont have moderation power to dumb user's posts yet and we have to delete them.
I have to protect Active Users.
Inactives hanging around like a bomb and this will cause to give up Active Users.
We disabled to inactive's rights and they started crap around to become Active.

I will ask REGO and we will decide about registration process.
We are here along 4 years and we have loyal, kind, respectfull members from beginning.
I dont want to lose them for nothing!

We dont serve for whole internet, so its closed for foreign visitors now.

Next days will be pased to wipe out, its your chance to turn your situation.

I informed users are getting punished in this "Announcements" section and you still hanging around without respect rules
and afterwards one member reported your messages and I decided to you would be muted and warned.
You informed via PM (by the system) why you muted and you still "thank"ing around and you still posting useless.
Forum is not for your SHOUTING, shut up!!!

It seems mute function doesnt work and I will mute you by myself, Account terminated.
I am correcting mute function.

I joined your form Nov 2,, since then I have made 6 posts and opened 2 topics[ I think]
and am now apparently considered inactive user ....why?    I guess I missed something somewhere...

I just realized after viewing some electronics topics,, that I am handcuffed,,,[IE]

Well, I try to do an effort here but my english isn't that good. I can speak and understand english but making good sentences is not always that simple. But hey, at least i am Trying
