I want make the coil use with parametters:

L=200uH
f=30Khz
I=5A

Plz help me how to calculator and make it !

With the information given its impossible to advice you .
What is the core for (output filter ,buckboost etc.)?
What corematerial do you intend to use ?

Maybe its the wrong file format to be allowed maximum attachment ize is 1024 Kb.
What i sometimes do when its the wrong fileformat is take a screenshot of the schema to make it jpg.
Also you should have a look at these 2 books i uploaded .

They give a step by step aproach on how to calculate and make inductors and transformers for most purposes .

Yes there is a very good one from Wurtz Electronik
Trilogy of Inductors ISBN 3-934350-73-9  www.we-online.com
and ABC of transformers ISBN 978-3-89929-119-3 (included CD rom
wit Easy design software) from the same company.
I only have paper format.
