OK, I might be stuck on stupid here, but I can't get ICPROG or WINPICPROG to work with this flipping thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Can anyone offer some advise to the software settings to use with wither of these packages?  I know that the board is good, because I can get it to work with PICALLW.

WIN98 OS  (Old laptop for development)

I'am afraid your laptop could be some of the problem.you have installed the port95nt.exe driver?if you haven't you can get it here.post a few more details on what youv'e tried.
