Normally the D3 LED could not glows.

Led glows even when there are other types of NPN.
The base is grounded.

Has anyone seen this mystery?

looks like an error in the npn models.
There has been a sp1 released, maybe thats why.

I found the problem!!!

Its is BIOS!!!  Cheesy Cheesy

Change Model Type to Analogic!!!

By defauls is Digital.  Undecided  Shocked

makes no sense to have that as a state in a simulated program.
it should act like the real world. Labcenter have become lazy.
