You don't need shematic. Need only power suplly, oscilator connected some level shifter (etc. MAX232), reset button and button for entering in bootload mode (PSEN to GND).  I haven't shematic on file, sorry.

You ask what driver to use for USB <-> RS232 converter, really? Usually this one, which is provided by manufacturer :-P
