Hi all

I would be interested by cloning STM32: one "master" STM would be programmed by a PC and others would be clones, automatically wire programmed by the "master" using UART (so without PC)
Do you have any suggestion about this ?

Thanks

you can do this by bootloader (stm32 has ROM bootloader for uart, spi, i2c, can...) but also it can be the master stm32 implement SWD with gpio and flash slaves that way. I have done this way on cypress before.

cloning itself is a neat trick; should be able to perfrom perfect Flash copy, may need special bootup to make sure other non volatile bits are set as expected on first boot of slave.
