Do you need some IC code number or the part number of the entire board?
I've found this interesting description with some pictures of the board with the identification codes of the ICs.
I dont know it this may be useful for you.

ABLIC is quite large on Lithium-ion battery protection ICs. I will guess you find your part in the S-8261 Series
