Hello,
I started a project based on a SAML21 (ATSAML21E16B) and now I'm looking for a programmer.

I read on the datasheet that
"the SWD interface is supported by several Atmel and third party programmers and debuggers, like the Atmel-ICE, SAM-ICE, JTAGICE3 or SAM L21 Xplained Pro Embedded Debugger".

They aren't cheap, so I'm looking for something with a price about 20. I also read that with some SWD programmers (like STlink V2) may be some compatibility issues.

Did you know any SWD programmer that is fully compatible with SAML21 family?

Thanks for your tips!

Hi, !
you can try the very cheaper  Segger J-link easily to found in ebay. I have used in personal projects at home with good results.
Some SAMD21 boards have included these  usb emulator.
