Hi,

Please advise how to program this uC.
It is a pic16f73 compatible device from a Taiwanese company at half the price of pic.
If some one have the full data-sheet please share.

Surely if it's compatible to a PIC16F73 then the same programming algorithms/programmers would program it too?  At least that is what I would expect.

Have you asked whoever you will be buying them from?

Did you try big G?

From this site it looks like it is a OTP device (One-Time Programmable=OTP) http://wtechk.com/en/electronic_components_yspring.html# I found a programmer here https://www.yoycart.com/Product/39897820433/ not cheap at all. Bottom line I do not think these chips are made for the hobbyist at all
