Frontpage server extension for Apache local server

Hi;
Does anyody know how to insatall Frontpage 2002 server extensions on a local Apache server ?
I've searched the web and came up with nothing usefull.

File's extensions at apache server is *.dll,if extension frontpage2002 is *dll You try copy at ...php\extensions\
and edit your php.ini
