Interesting question, and it is a lot of energy nuts on the net. Seeking the holy grail of overunity and free energy Lips sealed. Not saying by any means that you belong to that crowd. But for your own sake do not even think about going down that path. You can not create energy from nothing, or use some amount of energy create more energy

I can add the Stirling Engine. It can use any source of heat or cold. It was invented long time ago, coming from 1800s, but is still actual.

There is a small toy example here:

And 3kW solar Stirling electrical generator with 24% conversion efficiency:

Yep, it totally amazes me that in this day and age, there are still so many people that fail to accept the VERY WELL ESTABLISHED  Conservation Law...  They call it a LAW for a reason...

Another one, strange that it is not mentioned.

Photo Voltaic generator...  solar cells.

There are two interesting experiments to explore from the devices of Thane C. Heins

Interesting.
It seems it could be used to reduce drag of generator hence raising the efficiency.
But definitely not fuelless.

At Cragside , the amazingly advanced historic home of Lord Armstrong they have built an Archimedian screw that works in reverse to generate power to pump water to the various attractions. Quite Novel.

There is a photo on the National Trust website ,Cragside pages under "Things to see and do".

The OP gave no hints on required power.

For (very) low power, like for sensors, Piezoelectric is interesting. Google for "energy harvesting".

There was some university that did an interesting project, harnessing power from RF (TV & radio station broadcasts). Again very low power (microwatts) but enough for their wireless sensor.

Doesn't really matter, as there is no such thing as fuel less energy...  Even when you harvest from a 'monetary' free source like light, wind, water, geothermal,  RF or what not you are using those sources as the fuel...

According to the dictionary, and our august friend CocaCola, fuel is anything that produces energy, power, or heat.

Therefore, energy, power, or heat, cannot be a fuel because they are products.

"Fuel-less", therefore, implies a harvester, and harvesters derive energy, power or heat, at no energy, power, or heat, cost (it's already been paid for elsewhere).

There was even one at CES this year.  Totally blew me away that people are still pulling this crap.
