Ebay?  I know that some people have bad luck on Ebay with counterfeit stuff (usually Atmel chips) but I have had nothing but good luck on Ebay with electronic components...

A lot of the Asian Ebay electronic sellers are just retail jobbers that take the orders and then rush to the local electronics distributor and grab the stuff...
