Hi all,
Microchip is sampling theses new devices.
Basically contains more memory and pins (plus a CAN for the 5xx) compared to the previous 1xx and 2xx series.
Obiously, more pins also.
There is a new datasheet and appears that contains also more interfaces (spi, ...)

thanks for the link, I had a long look at these, and 6 uarts in a 64pin package is just what I need for an upcoming comms router

nice spec..
just ordered some to try out..
they just get beefier all the time, long goes the 2k, 4MHz pics..
