You can see the Chinese version on http://www.foric.com.cn/Upload/sim6xF0xC.pdf.
But however, it seems no English version exists even on manufacturer's web site.

Anyway, you should be able to refer to the same series on http://www.holtek.com/english/docum/uc/6xf0x.htm

reasons
1. no code for device.

2. you need a e-writer programmer, or clone.

you could say it's a free Wi-Fi hot spot locator, and who can say it's not.

You can purchase turnkey functional 4 code 433Mhz cloners nicely packaged in a 4 button key fob case for under $5 delivered to your door from China...  Honestly not even worth me firing up my soldering iron even if I had complete plans...
