I do not know is it a bike invention, but crazy hands disturb the mind.
For all devices with the COM port for debugging.
Just connect the COM port with BT module type of HC-06, do not forget to pre-configure the desired speed and device name.
Most of the ports in the devices already on the 3.3V, so you can not take care of the power and signal adjusting.
With the current low cost of these modules can be forever stay living in device.
As a result you got always ready to connect BT debugger.
As Big  Brother you can use any that has BT and corresponding terminal.
Well, Android with BT really turns cool if you remember baron Munchhausen.
Connect it to your same BT. Advantage over regular terminal is what we see all debug information that the system terminal misses.
