in Europe.

Manual says that this scope uses the ultrascope software which you should be able to download, batronix has multiple versions listed on their website.

maybe you should post the same question on 10 other websites (just kidding I saw that you did this already)

Hi ,

I run in same trouble as you with my DS-5102M , when i asked to Rigol Support for Win7 Compatible Drivers and Software the answer was :

I'm sorry to say but the DS5000 Series is obsolete since years and
we do not have drivers for Win7 or later

What i do now , is just use ultrascope in VMware or Virtualbox running the good old XP

I have test this and for other models 
But for DS5000 series , the only way (for me) was actually with a virtual XP (i know its boring but effective).
DS1000 Series is a more recent models and still supported.
