I wanted to get the OV9712 Data sheet, It seems that you need to fill a form in their site to get the data sheet, I have done this several times, But they did not answered me yet(after two weaks !!!), So Do you have it's data sheet?

You can find it on baidu, but you need to register first to be able to download.

I would have gone to mouser or farnell for most data sheets

As pickit2 said... But sometimes they don't have what you want. I found that searches on ebay for things like 'Aptina' , 'Omnivision', etc turns up a lot of varied sensor breakout boards, generally with datasheets of one form or another, and sometimes with example code. It can take a long time, but you should trawl through every vendor, because some will have better/later-rev documents than others.
