Hello all,
I'm looking for a font (truetype) that is the same as vector font in PCB design (like in Altium PCB editor for example). Do you a way or a font that is the same as this ?

best regards

Hello pickit2,
thanks for your help, but It's not the font that I'm looking for. I'm looking for the standard PCB font used for silkscreen like this :

Does someone know how can I do ?

regards

that font is included in most pcb & cad programs, I thought you wanted a truetype font for other uses.

there are a vast amount of free truetype fonts, I have one in my windows font folder called Vector Battle, this has uppercase only.
I use Google, it will find them all, it's for you to see which one suit your need best.

If your going to use any fonts on a PCB only use the ones in your PCB Program you are using.

That's a pretty ugly font to want for other purposes...

Another font source, other than pickit2's vast collection, also can be found here http://fontgarden.com/

I want to use it in schematic. Some EDA softwares uses this kind of font in schematic but never in Truetype format, this means that the font could't be exported to another schematic program and can't be useful for finding parts when generating a PDF document for example.

thanks for your help.

Proteus has the vector font, for use in both schematic, and pcb files.
for parts list you need to create a bill of materials file.
you should spend some time and learn the programs your using.
