Anyone know of a very low cost analyzer for radiated and conducted emissions to do a first pass assessment of conducted and radiated EMI (FCC Class A, B... and maybe CE compliance) from a system? Even a kit or bare board with software would be fine..the key is CHEAP. Ideally, test gear can be portable so "open range" can be done.

A secondary to this is software recommendations before that. Ideally takes in Gerber layouts.

Stuff you've used, not Googled, or an article on building one with board layouts etc (like from Silicon Chip, Nuts n Volts, Circuit Cellar, etc)

Keyword: cheap

thanks in advance,
