I wonder if there is any other source of RF components other than crappy rfparts.com? They've been messing with my order for weeks now, promising this and that and I need those parts for the commercial project I'm working on.

Nebraska surplus store is reliable but they simply don't have everything I need.

So, is there any other source of RF parts (triodes, anode capacitors, rheostats etc.)? Preferable in Europe because I really need those parts ASAP...

Nah, they don't have any high voltage ceramic caps that would be suitable as plate blocking cap (1600V).  Cry

Any other links perhaps?

Digikey, Mouser. Have you tried to see if they have your components? They're worldwide.

triode? do you mean a valve?  those old fragile glass tuby things that make light and get warm? those fancy bulbs my grandfather used to heat his volksempfänger?

Thx all for your suggestions. I pressured them to finally react and send those damned parts.  Lips sealed

And yes those are thermionic valves. One can do a lot of things with semiconductors but in some applications tubes are still indispensable.  Wink
