Hi,
I'm looking for this part name.

The marking on the top is "D3B". The package is SOT-23-6.
I checked the connection on the board:
pin1 : really don't know
pin2 : gnd(0V)
pin3 : power(3.3V)
pin4 to 6 : connect to a controller (cpu). it look like a serial connection(spi ?)

Can anyone Help me please

Hi,

This is not a diode because this smd has 6 pins.

It's seams to be a Microprocessor Reset Monitor
ref: XC6108C33BMR VdetIC 3.3V±2%, Reset PPO

You can found this information on SMD TURUTA 2011 EDITION
This is the link to download: http://oron.com/7nnma0b40zr3

Best regards.

The data of the said ic is here http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/AD5310.pdf
ninjakid have to conform this all and say thanks at least.
