Note	I have degrees in mechanical, aerospace and systems engineering. My passion is electronics and embedded system design. I have developed embedded autopilots for small UAVs and electronic medical devices. I want to join because it is often difficult and becomming increasingly difficult to obtain engineering material and tools (books and software) outside of work without having to pay stupid prices. This forum seems like a great place where like minded people can share their ideas and tools in confidence.
