hi

the last few days experimenting with some samples of Maxim (89C420 and 89C450). Trying a SRAM (UM61512-15ns) and 74HCT573, to work with Keil for debugging. Based on the evaluation kit of Maxim, and the application note 3362, it connects successfully, message: connected to monitor-51 v2.0, but right after I get the error messages:
error 22-no code memory at address 0000H
error 22-no code memory at address 0580H
error 23-conflicting break address

anyone who has experimented with fast clones of 8051 and Keil, please let us help

regards

hi

I use the hex files of application note 3362 (monitor51)
http://files.dalsemi.com/microcontroller/app_note_software/an3362_sw.zip

and I follow the instructions of pdf "Using the Keil µVision Debugger with the DS89C4x0"
http://pdfserv.maximintegrated.com/en/an/AN3362.pdf

I use a crystal at 11.0592MHz (baud rate 9600). The ev kit has 16.384MHz.
