what is Fadetime&Speedtime?

Which LED driver? It sounds like a camera flash driver.

Attach a datasheet as well please.

It is RGB led driver + sequencer.

For each sequence usually parameters need to be programmed:
- color
- bright level
- duration of sequence
- fading time to next color sequence.

So you may guess which one is corresponding to which..
