This LPT-JTAG adapter works very well, I tried it with H-JTAG and Crossworks for ARM.
Transfer speed is about 12 kb/s.
I created this schematics according to many LPT-JTAG adapters i found on net, it has all JTAG signals: TMS, TCK, TDI, TDO, nTRST, nSRST
In attached file: pcb and schematics in EAGLE PCB format, configuration for H-JTAG, and 3d view done with Eagle3D.

There was an error in PCB i posted before, this one is correct (pin 19 on 74AC244 must be connected to GND)

74HC244 can be used instead of 74AC244.
