What exactly are you looking for?
Do you need documentation or example circuit diagrams, or a complete project including RTL code?
What should the specification of your card be?

hello,
I want to build a PCI card for 16 Digital output and 16 Digital input can be used to connect to an ADC and DAC for data acquisition, measurement and control applications.
Anything can help me to interface PCI bus, but a complete project including RTL code is very appreciate.

You mean something like this http://www.fpga4fun.com/PCI.html. They are using Xilinx's FPGA Spartan-II XC2S100
