Is anyone out there still using one of these old monsters? I've lost the utility disc and the mouse driver disc, and the internal backup battery has failed and reset to factory defaults ( no mouse) and I can't find the disc. I'm sure I put it somewhere safe, but I put it too safe and can't remember where it is.

Hi Otter,

You can find the software here http://www.jetecnet.com they ask US$10 for the disk.
I hope this helps you.

Hi,

I happened to have this for PM3580. I am not sure if it will suit your needs. Anyway I am attaching here.

Together with the other instruments I bought the PM3585. Files that are attached here I will come in very handy. Unfortunately, the instrument does not work. Needed to service manual.
