Hi ,
 i want to write application that use RTX os , also i need string like ANSI C++ with overloaded operator + = .
is there available library in keil RL-ARM ?

Can't you use:
 #include <string.h>

yes but it doesn't have + = operator , does it ?

also when i'm using KEIL RTX OS  can i use new operator for allocating memory to a pointer , like this .

char *value ;
value = new char[length];

 i think it couse problem with RTX .

You can safely use memory allocation routines with RTX, but you must add the necessary protection.
