I am looking for sma6803mv datasheet.
Manifacturer: Sanken
PCB :  Mitsubishi Air Conditioner MUZ-GE25VA outdoor unit

Probabily it is a IGBT driver

I had already find this service manual but unfortunately
does not contain the wiring diagram of PCB but only the assembly diagram.

Allegro Micro owns the chips now. I am certain it is an obsolete part and why you can not find a datasheet on it. That series of chips are high voltage 3-phase motor drivers.
I would contact Allegro and see if they can get the old datasheet to you.
