Which footprint do you need? TQFP64, TQFP100...? Have you tried to create it yourself? Altium has pretty good footprint creation wizard. I use it regularly to create footprint for new parts that are new to my library.

TQFP in any pin count is available  . the big job is  assign names to pin in sechmatic model .
anyway i made it .
