hi guys
 i want to use labview arm with lpc1768 but it hasn't this library .
any idea to do this ?

Have you try to choose a similiar uC and generate the Keil C code.. then you will only need to modify the hardware dependent code

mbed with a lpc1768 has libraries to interface with labview. check out mbed.org
