I posted this schema before ,so forgive me if You already found it .
http://rapidshare.com/files/204508135/dokumentacja_spawarki_inwertorowej_140a.rar
Its from a Polish electronics magazine (sorry for the language barrier)
But i hope the schema speaks for itself .
I seen several schema's from Russian websites but thats a few years ago ,so give me some time to find those back .
(Russian is not my native language .
Update >

(I found it, one Russian do it yourself with manual + 100 designs of welding inverters + 2 books))
Here You have 100 schema's of welding inverters .
http://letitbit.net/download/78624.78a4c6ca2a28180e353b0d995/Svarka.net2.zip.html
http://letitbit.net/download/61861.617794109b1620b0d776a6b33/Svarka3.zip.html

This is the Russian do it yourself schema .
http://schotki.narod.ru/power/SV-1VT.htm
and the books "Welding inverter 1&2 by Negulyaev"
http://uploading.com/files/1m32m41f/...%2B2%2521.zip/
http://uploading.com/files/89d89294/...%2Bprosto.zip/
(sorry but thats all in Russian)
I'll also post the books under ebooks .

You can search for welding inverters by googling "сварки cxema" (svarki schema which means welder schema)
These books and schema's aint my upload the credits should go to the Russians that uploaded them .

Good luck & be very carefull .
