I need any info for GSM SIM card communication protocol,any source code for emulate card.
Softs for read card and spy transfer between card and phone will hepfull  to me to.
Anybody heplp me?

Google has lots of application specific links .  But going to some gsm forum would definitely be helpfull to you.

It still is R/W enabled , as the cell phone MCU communicates with it. what do you mean by limited access ?.

Assuming your building hardware to talk to the SIM card, you will first need the pin outs which are readily available here:

If you want the actual protocol, look here:

remember a SIM card at the lowest level is a microcontroller using a single line for Input/Output, and the behavior is similar to that of a smartcard. Look for an application called WinExp used in the satellite community to easily write scripts to talk to smartcards, and in this case could work to talk to a SIM card.
