Hello.

I am searching for ARM Microcntroller Simulator for code testing. I use Proteus ISIS but there is no Model for ATMel ARM7 and STM32 MCU's, it have only LPC. So that I am looking for a similar simulator which can support many ARM Controllers (ARM7, Cortex M3 etc).

I currently found "NI LabVIEW Embedded Module for ARM Microcontrollers". Is it possible to simulate MCU using LabVIEW like Proteus? Or if there any other Software tool like Proteus for ARM Simulation please share.

Thank you.

Hi,

Use Keil ARM MDK. It supports entire range of ARM processors. Search here & you will get it... Tongue
Most of the on-chip peripherals are simulated so you can test the basic structure of your program within it.
In case of simple external devices like i2c, spi based eeproms etc. can be simulated using scripts within keil IDE.
Once you pass this stage testing on actual hardware seems more appropriate and all of the ARMs support that very well through JTAG.

You can try using Flowcode. It allows you to embed C Code along with the code generated by the Flowchart. You can use various devices to interface like RTC,EEPROM,Motor,LCD etc in the flowcode IDE its self.
