Hello all Proteus users.

i can not figure out how to do pad with rectangle hole for special connector (i see only round holes).
Do you everybody know how to do that ? Thx

You can do anything you want in CAD.  

How do you expect your PCB fabricator to make this square hole?

It has to be punched if truly square. LOL - wait until you get the quote for that one - have a portable defibrillator handy.

of course i mean rectangle with rounded corners.
I figure out in proteus - you must create padstack to create non standard hole.

In the previous answer, solutions is asking you: how does your manufacturer handle square pad holes?

Usually in your case, when you have a pin like this, you take a larger round hole, and that's it. Take a look at some car computer boards, when they use a connector that has square pins, you will notice that they used larger round holes to accommodate these square pins. You can have square pads, but square pad holes..? If your manufacturer supports this, they will ask you for tons of $$...
